During October we invited patients of Shinfield Medical Practice to complete a survey telling us what works well, what could be improved and the kind of services they would like to see from their GP surgery in future. These views will be used to shape the new contract.
115 responses were received and these responses have been analysed to produce a report.

Shinfield Medical Practice patients that gave us their views told us:
- Almost 66% of patients who responded described their experience of Shinfield Medical Practice during the last 12 months as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’
- 74% of those patients that responded say they would be willing to interact with Shinfield Medical Practice online for repeat prescriptions, booking appointments and to access their medical records
- 64% of those that responded said that the current surgery opening times met their needs. This was most evident for patients in the 25-54 age bracket
